This policy explains what information Icon Storage & Logistics LLC (“Icon,” “we,” “us”) collects through this website, iconlogistics.net, and how we use it. It does not cover our client portals or the services we provide, which are governed by your agreement with us.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request a quote, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, and anything you write about your project. When you apply for a job, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the position, your experience, whether you hold a Texas driver license, your availability, and anything else you choose to tell us. We also receive whatever you send when you email or call us.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of the request, to deliver the site and keep it secure. Your browser also connects to Google to load the fonts this site uses, which shares your IP address with Google.
Cookies. This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
How we use it

How we share it
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run the website and our business, and only for that purpose:
- Formspree processes our website forms and delivers submissions to our email.
- Vercel hosts this website.
- Microsoft provides our business email.
- Google serves the fonts used on this site.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, sale or transfer of our business.
How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, including any period required by law, such as employment and tax record-keeping rules. We then delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you.
How we protect it
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, and this site is served only over encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing info@iconlogistics.net. Depending on where you live, including under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, you may have additional rights. We will respond within 45 days, may need to verify your identity first, and will not treat you differently for making a request.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

This site links to other websites, such as our client portals, Google Maps and the Interior Design Society. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.
